Architectural Design.

Dhevatara is an estate of 6 luxurious beach front villas built on the West coast of Koh Samui.

Our Middle East based client was seeking an aesthetic akin to the earlier Baan Kinaree villas which he purchased from us.

We designed this estate to be be respectful of the Thai architectural style - given the proximity to important local religious structures.

The villas accommodate 4 large bedrooms and in homes of areas of 500sm.
