Baan Kinaree is the first of what would become a portfolio of 35 villas developed on the island of Ko Samui, Thailand.

Our objective was to design within the limitations of the local building industry and be respectful of the context of Thai architectural traditions.

The villa accommodates 6 large bedrooms in an area of 600sm.
